RKM Expand is our complete mobility training system — a comprehensive library of classes and progressive programming designed to build joint strength, movement capacity, conditioning, and real-world mobility over time. It’s ideal for those looking for a deeper, long-term training practice.
RKM Total Body is a more approachable starting point. These guided programs feature a curated selection of our most effective classes organized into a simple week-by-week progression, giving you a strong introduction to the RKM training system and movement methodology.

Classes combine Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kinstretch principles to help you better understand, strengthen, and control your joints through their fullest ranges of motion. Using mostly bodyweight and minimal equipment, you’ll learn how each joint functions independently, how to train end ranges safely and effectively, and how to apply that control to real-world movement and training.
Some classes are slower, restorative, and mobility-focused. Others are intense strength and conditioning sessions that will completely change the way you think about bodyweight training. No matter your level, expect to move with more awareness, build resilience, and discover muscles and positions you didn’t know you had.

In most cases, we use minimal equipment. Please have a yoga mat, x2 yoga blocks, x2 tennis balls, x2 dowels and a yoga pillow. To take a step further, we recommend ankle weights, light, medium and heavy long resistance bands, access to a pullup bar, and light to moderate weights ranging from 10-40lbs.
