Zach is an Assistant FRS Instructor, mobility specialist, and strength coach with over a decade of experience helping people better understand and improve the way their bodies move. His coaching philosophy centers around one goal: helping people unlock movement potential by building stronger, healthier joints through intelligent training.
Coming from an athletic background and overcoming several sports-related injuries at a young age, Zach developed an early interest in joint health, mobility, and performance. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science before moving to New York City in 2013 to begin his coaching career at Equinox Flatiron. At the same time, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), continuing to blend strength training with mobility-focused systems.
After discovering the Functional Range System in 2014, Zach quickly immersed himself in the methodology, becoming a Kinstretch instructor in 2016 and teaching ever since. Prior to founding MoveHow, he served as Director of Health at a NYC-based e-learning startup, where he developed a deeper understanding of online education and digital coaching — an experience that ultimately helped shape the RKM platform.
In 2018, Zach founded the RKM, the first online Kinstretch training platform, with the goal of making high-level mobility education more accessible worldwide. Since 2019, he has traveled across the country working privately with professional football and basketball athletes, helping them better understand movement limitations, improve joint function, and reduce injury risk through the Functional Range System.
In 2022, Zach accepted a role as a Mobility Specialist with the Miami Dolphins, where he worked directly with players to support performance, movement quality, and injury mitigation strategies.
After moving back to New Jersey in 2025 to work with a NY Giants athlete, Zach has expanded his offerings. He now works with all populations, from everyday movers to professional athletes through 1:1 coaching, workshops and online education for coaches looking to deepen their understanding of movement.

Pre/Post Natal Certified
Dani’s passion for movement extends far beyond training — it’s a core part of how she lives, learns, and connects with others. Whether she’s strength training, exploring calisthenics, chasing miles, or deepening her own mobility practice, Dani approaches movement with curiosity, discipline, and the belief that the body is always capable of adaptation and growth.
That belief became deeply personal after suffering a major ACL tear in 2017. Rather than allowing the injury to define her limitations, Dani used the experience as an opportunity to fully immerse herself in joint health, mobility training, and strength development through Functional Range Systems. Her recovery became the foundation of her coaching philosophy: consistent effort, intelligent training, and patience can completely transform the way people move and feel in their bodies.
Dani is an National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and is also certified in pre- and postnatal training. Over the years, she has coached clients both in person and online using FRC and Kinstretch principles, working with individuals across all experience levels — from complete beginners to high-performing athletes.
Her coaching style focuses on helping clients understand the “why” behind their training, starting with strong foundations and progressively layering complexity to help people unlock movements and positions they once thought were out of reach. Through 1:1 coaching, customized programming, online education, and group classes, Dani has worked with clients around the world to improve strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term resilience.
With a background rooted in both injury and rebuilding, Dani brings empathy and perspective to her coaching. She understands firsthand how meaningful small, consistent progress can become over time — and she helps her clients recognize that potential in themselves, too.
Outside of coaching and building MoveHow, Dani and Zach welcomed their son Luka in November 2025 and are embracing this new chapter of parenthood together.
