Zach is currently accepting new 1:1 clients in the New Jersey and NYC area. His approach combines detailed movement assessment, joint-specific mobility training, strength development, performance training and individualized programming.
Over the past several years, Zach has worked privately with athletes across the country and served as mobility coach for the Miami Dolphins. In addition to coaching clients, he lectures on his movement methodology and educates trainers on mobility, joint function, and performance training.
